t based upon what you have to offer. Documents must be well written which support this goal. A sound campaign marketing plan allocates time and resources to achieve career advancement.

A-1. Assessment
What are your strongest vocational talents? Where will your personality best fit in the job market? Which of your skills sell best to a new employer? Assessment includes vocational matching tools which are valid, enjoyable, and efficient. Take a giant step in the right direction.

A-2. Writing Powerful Documents.
Accomplishment oriented materials add vitality to cover letters, resumes, and other marketing tools. There is a special skill to describing a person as a good fit for a job. Not a do it yourself project.
Component consists of working with resume writers possessing the highest credentials.
 

A-3. Planning / Coaching.
How many successful job campaigns have you organized and managed? A sound job search strategy will build your confidence and keep you on track. For those parts of the hunt, that only you can do, we walk you step-by-step through a proven plan. We keep you aware of each next action item. And hold you accountable for the elements of ultimate success.

Component consists of consultations with talented job campaign coaches.


Information is Power: Who are the targets? Who's hot? How can you help?

Information on prospects is vital to the hunt. Job seekers need to have a complete list of target employers. Concentrate on targets with high potential. Interviews are obtained and won by making the case for being the solution to employer's problems. This begins with research.

B-4. Get an excellent list of potential employers.
Select an electronic list of all the logical users of your job skills within your target markets. We will collaborate to specify the variables of a database with more than 1.7 million companies and 7 million key contacts. The database assembles information from 47 US industry directories.

B-5. Who is in Hiring Mode?
Access a robust online database of continuously updated company intelligence reports. Search for spot opportunities -- such as new company funding, mergers & acquisitions, imminent relocations, management changes. Even recruiter RFPs! All these events indicate a company in hiring mode. The specific reason is powerful ammunition to approach and impress your prime targets.

Component consists of one full day of online access to a special company intelligence database. Free tutorial and training recommended to make the most of your day of data harvesting.
Option 1: For an hourly rate, a Researcher can teleconference with you until you learn to find your fertile fields and can reap useful information.
Option 2: We can deliver the type of hiring mode indicators you specify.

B-6. Get intensive research about the job and company.
Use hot button issues to astonish those you meet. Come to an interview armed to the teeth with market research and competitive intelligence on the competition. Combine with D-11 Profound research and analysis.

Component consists of professional research on an hourly basis.


Fully market your credentials.  Direct approach. Emarketing. Networking.

These marketing tools are powerful because job campaigns are so important to the individual. Few job seekers allocate their efforts in wise proportion. Actually, job search is so sophisticated today that no job seeker can do everything well. Unless you delegate portions of your campaign you will miss entire categories of opportunity.

C-7. Send your credentials directly to the buyers of your talent.
We use lists in B-4 above. We recommend all three methods: email, fax, and letter. Just one method and one wave are rarely enough. Once you know the number of addresses and the number of pages to send, you can calculate your price.

Component consists of electronic merge of document with distribution list (purchased separately) and delivery via email, fax, and/or letter (when all those data exist). You are the apparent sender of every message which includes an inside address. Email is both database and printer friendly.

C-8 Internet eMarketing.
Resume posting and ad agents. We set up your job campaign web site and post your resume to dozens of general job boards and many other niche sites according to your specialties. We set you up with job search agents to receive new job alerts as they come online. We will post your resume to company sites.

Component begins with questionnaire to ascertain career positioning. Then individual postings at 25 to 100+ resume banks and internet job boards. Many job boards allow creation of agents that send you selected ads via email. You may adjust these criteria once.
Option: We can answer the ads that are directed to our campaign web site.
 

C-9. Introducing: The Personal Networking Calendar.
Based on your profile, we research and post the most relevant events on your custom internet campaign calendar. Classes, business gatherings, association meetings, conventions, focused job fairs, recruiting events, and other types of gatherings which fit you and your style. Each item includes exactly where to go and when to meet those most likely to impact your job search, either directly or indirectly. Free access to advanced networking strategies, tips, and scripts. Component consists of online calendar containing details on dozens (often over 100 or 200+), events for the next 3 months, researched to reflect your specific job campaign. Updated weekly.

D-10. Interview preparation and strategy

Crafting every aspect of the message is crucial. Don't wing it! We work with you on your message, tone, and delivery.

Component consists of coaching at an hourly rate to improve personal marketing skills and enhance your ability to convert each interview into the next step in the hiring process.
 

D-11. Research, analysis and coaching for a Winning Strategy.
Is there a tight fit between the job and your capabilities? Prove the match. Starting with our B-6 Background Research, we turn this into an intensive Market Research and Competitive Analysis Briefing. We work together to:

  • Portray your background and skills as a compelling solution to current company issues.
  • Describe your plan to be a key player in realizing the market potential.

Delivering a well-prepared answer to the question, 'What can you do for me?' will make you look and feel like a million bucks. And get paid accordingly.

Component consists of hourly rates for the application of business research (purchased separately). Together we will deal with special issues. We will collaborate and strategize to create your ideal candidate message and to write a specific position proposal.

 

D-12. Negotiate Compensation with the expertise of a specialist.
Why should only employers have evidence from a salary survey? Work with an employee-oriented compensation attorney and his team to select a stance and strategy to get all you are worth, in writing.

Component consists of referral to legal counsel at the rate of $225/hour.
